RJR Innovations has expanded its Consulting Team to better serve our clients as the demand for Professional Services has increased tremendously.

Ron Sorrell has joined the ownership group of RJR Innovations. Ron and Robert Beauchamp worked together at Sceptre ABS from 1997 to 2001. Both are highly regarded within the Service Desk Express SDE (formerly Magic) community due to several years of experience with the product.

RJR Innovations has officially become a BMC Consulting Partner for Canada & US. The Partnership has been awarded based on RJR’s expertise with Service Desk Express SDE (formerly Magic) in successfully delivering both onsite and offsite services.
